Who is behind Property Management Solutions

Property Management Solutions is led by Kevin Stiven Vásquez Sepúlveda, a biomedical engineer based in Zurich with an international academic and professional profile, a strong operational mindset, and hands-on experience in furnished accommodation management.

Academic background
Biomedical Engineer. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence applied to Healthcare at the Universidad de Alcalá.
International profile
Experience in Germany through a Siemens Healthineers internship and DAAD scholarship background.
Languages
Able to work with landlords, guests, and partners in English, Spanish, and German.
Operational focus
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and strongly focused on structure, communication, guest coordination, and property presentation.
